Politics is everywhere today. The news. The coffee shop. The bar. We can’t seem to get away from it.

We promise. One of the things we will not do here is talk politics.

Do we have opinions? Yes. But that is not what My Simply Sage was conceived for. We are here to show, help, and explore some of the intricacies of today’s life and world thru some of our experiences.

Political discussion injected into conversations always seems to have a way of boiling into something that disrupts daily living and, in some cases, long-time friendships. We do not want that to happen here.

Part of the reason behind this little note is;

1)to let you know, we will not be a part of any discussions about politics; and

2) To also remind ourselves not to drift into anything like this either—even if it tweaks us a little.

Let’s all enjoy things made simpler and, hopefully, make it a little better day for you.
